Hi,

I know that I am not the only one that have had problems installing Wordpress at the webhost: One.com. This blog is hosted at One.com and it works fine. The problem(s) only occures with the new (2.05) release of wordpress. What I did to make it work was the following:

  1. Download the danish version of the blog (the english version did not work 4me) (Available here)
  2. Follow the general installation guideline (should be obvious :) )
  3. Make sure to install the following plugin:

First, download this plugin, upload it to your wp-content/plugins/ directory and activate it by going to the “Plugins” menu and clicking “Activate” next to the “WordPress 2.0.5 Tuneup” listing.

I do belive that the english(standard) version of wordpress does work at one.com, however I did not bother to do a reinstallation since the danish version worked!

    It’s probably the plugin that made the difference. We’re currently working on WP 2.0.6, and I put in a change that hopefully fixed the issue that One.com users were having. Would you be willing to install this new version in a test directory for me? I don’t have direct access to one of the hosts that was having the problem. Please e-mail me back at this address if you’d be willing to help test this new version. Thanks!
